Proposal Coordinator II, Environment, Energy and Construction

Details: We are seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to lead our Environment, Energy and Construction Management Proposals with at least 5 years of proposal experience within an Engineering or Construction Management firm or in a similar technical environment. The candidate should have experience with the following duties:   Compile materials for submittal and proposals, ensuring that client's requirements are fully met. This involves conducting search for appropriate materials, such as related project descriptions and resumes of project personnel.    Participate with project managers in the selection and recommendation of appropriate projects and personnel to be included in proposal, according to the Request for Proposal (RFP).    Proofread and edit proposal text written by project manager for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension and style. Also proofreads and edits existing project summaries and resumes of project personnel, and other supporting materials.    Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure that any required graphic arts materials, such as covers, layout sheets, photographs, organization charts, etc., are produced to specifications and are ready to be included in submittal. Reviews and proofreads these materials. Travel may be required.
